AGREEMENT

These Terms govern your use of formuladetailingfl.com and the mobile auto detailing services provided by Formula Detailing ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

We provide mobile auto detailing services in the Bradenton to Punta Gorda area. Service scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed at booking. Final pricing may be adjusted on site for vehicles in significantly worse condition than described.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & PAYMENT

Booking, cancellation, weather, arrival window, and payment terms are described in our Booking Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS

SMS messaging is optional and is not required to book, purchase, or receive detailing services from Formula Detailing. You consent to receive SMS messages only when you separately check the optional SMS consent box or otherwise expressly ask us to text you.

  • Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, arrival updates, and follow-ups.
  • Message frequency varies based on your appointments.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (941) 500-4467.
  • Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and SMS data. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

VEHICLE & PROPERTY

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle being serviced or are authorized to authorize service on it. You agree to remove personal belongings and valuables before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
